Ms. Tonya St. Julien

Ms. St. Julien is excited to join the Saint Clare School community as the third-grade teacher. She is from the vibrant borough of Queens in New York City.
She earned her BA in Anthropology from Lawrence University in 2013 and obtained her MA in African and African Diaspora Studies in 2015. Ms. St. Julien is currently enrolled in the Catholic Master of Arts in Teaching Program at Santa Clara University.
Ms. St. Julien has extensive teaching experience with different subjects and grade levels. She has taught at a private school in Brooklyn, New York and an international school in Djibouti, East Africa. As an educator, she believes that it is essential to facilitate student achievement both academically and socially with integrity, respect, and thoughtfulness. When she is not teaching her lovely third graders, she enjoys dance fitness.
