Statement of Non- Discriminatory Policy

Age Requirement

  • Transitional Kindergarten: Student must be FOUR years old by September 1st of the year they are entering.

  • Kindergarten: Student must be FIVE years old by September 1st of the year they are entering.

Applications and Enrollment

Applications for enrollment are accepted for transitional Kindergarten to eighth grade throughout the year, based on availability.

Applicant Screening

All prospective students are screened for academic and social readiness. Our screening process is designed to ensure that your child is ready to succeed at Saint Clare School. There are sessions scheduled for screening all our applicants.

Notification

Applicants will receive a letter from the school office indicating their acceptance status. Once a student is accepted, the next step is to complete the registration process by submitting the requested forms and fees. Please call the school office at (408) 246-6797 if you have questions regarding admissions.

The following application materials are required (Provide each of the following documents in original form.)

  • Application Form

  • Official Birth Certificate

  • Passport or Proof of Residency (students born outside the U.S.)

  • Baptism Certificate (if child is Catholic)

  • Immunization Card

  • First Eucharist Certificate (applying for grades 3-8)

  • Copy of most recent report card or progress report (applying grades 1-8)

  • A $60 non-refundable application fee for each applicant

  • Small student photo
