Statement of Non- Discriminatory Policy

Age Requirement
Transitional Kindergarten: Student must be FOUR years old by September 1st of the year they are entering.
Kindergarten: Student must be FIVE years old by September 1st of the year they are entering.
Applications and Enrollment
Applications for enrollment are accepted for transitional Kindergarten to eighth grade throughout the year, based on availability.

Notification
After the application is complete and submitted you will receive instructions to begin the Enrollment process and submit your tuition deposit. Once a student is accepted, the next step is to complete the registration process by submitting the requested forms and fees. Please call the school office at (408) 246-6797 if you have questions regarding admissions.
The following enrollment materials are required (Provide each of the following documents in original form.)
Application Form
Official Birth Certificate
Passport or Proof of Residency (students born outside the U.S.)
Baptism Certificate (if child is Catholic)
Immunization Card
First Eucharist Certificate (applying for grades 3-8)
Copy of most recent report card or progress report (applying grades 1-8)
A $60 non-refundable application fee for each applicant
