Tuition and Fees
Please contact the school office (408) 246-6797 for information regarding tuition and fees. Tuition and fee structures, amounts, percentages, policies and/or requirements are reviewed annually and adjusted each year.
Saint Clare School is dedicated to providing quality education in a Christ-centered environment. The School relies on tuition and fees paid by its families for its operation. Each family is expected to honor their financial commitments to the school.
Download and read the Financial Policies for Tuition and Fees below. This document describes the policies concerning each family’s financial commitment to the school and is an integral part of the Tuition Agreement.
Parish Obligation
Parish families are expected to participate and support the Parish through their presence at Mass and through their regular use of envelopes. The level of participation will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Families who are unable to continue their support of the Parish will have their tuition rate adjusted and will be liable for the adjusted tuition rate.
Tuition Assistance
Saint Clare School recognizes that receiving a Catholic education is an important value for our families. Every year, we create an operating budget that is balanced and as fair as possible. We are aware that our support comes from our families and our community.
We also understand that the cost of a Catholic education is a substantial investment for many of our families. Some families cannot afford to pay the full cost of tuition and, for these families, we may be able to offer limited financial assistance.
Receiving Tuition Assistance
Any family wishing to receive financial assistance for Tuition or Cool Kids Zone must apply for it each year. To apply, you must complete the application forms, provide required financial documents (such as W-2 forms, tax returns for your entire household, etc), and pay a processing fee. Incomplete applications cannot be considered for financial assistance. Contact the school office at (408) 246-6797 or Stclare-office@dsj.org.
Every family interested in receiving assistance must complete the application process each year.

FACTS Grant & Aid | Facts Management: All new and returning families wishing to be considered for financial aid must go online and apply. New families will need to create an account. Click here to apply.
BASIC Fund Application Form: If you are registering a new student or a new sibling, applicants can apply for BASIC Fund in addition to the FACTS Grant & Aid. Contact the school office to request the BASIC application form.
