The Admissions Process

Step 1. Visit Our School

Saint Clare School hosts tours. Prospective families are welcome to join us for a school tour and conversation about curriculum, data, and our Silver Box philosophy. Click below to schedule your tour.

Step 2 - Application Process

Step 2. Apply to SAINT Clare 

Students entering Transitional Kindergarten must be 4 years old by September 1st of their TK year, or 5 years old by September 1st in their Kindergarten year. Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1st of the year they are entering Kindergarten.

Step 3 - Application Process

Step 3. Submit Required Documents to the school office

The original documents are required within three days of submitting the online application. 

  • Official Birth Certificate

  • Passport or Proof of Residency (students born outside the U.S.)

  • Baptism Certificate (if child is Catholic)

  • Immunization Card

  • First Eucharist Certificate (applying for grades 3-8)

  • Copy of most recent report card or progress report (applying grades 1-8)

  • A $60 non-refundable application fee for each applicant

  • Small student photo

Step 4 - Application Process

Step 4. Application Screening

All prospective students are screened for academic and social readiness. Our screening process is designed to ensure that your child is ready to succeed at Saint Clare School. Please contact the front office to schedule a screening appointment.

Step 5 - Application Process

Step 5. Admissions Acceptance

After the results of the screening assessment are evaluated, you will receive a letter from the school informing you if your child has been accepted. Based on the number of applicants and on available seats, some applicants may receive wait list letters. The school office can fully explain the screening process and answer any questions you might have.

Step 6 - Application Process

Step 6. Enrollment

Follow the instructions in your Acceptance Letter and submit your non-refundable Registration Fee.

Step 7 - Application Process

New Family Orientation date to be announced. At this time, you will receive your child's Registration Packet.
